The current price only applies to the return shipment of your knife and is only charged once per order, no matter how many Nesmuk knives you send in.
When will I get my knife back?
You will receive your knife back within 1 - 2 weeks.

After you have successfully completed the order process, send us your knife, including your order confirmation for the re-sharpening service:

How should I pack the knife?
At best, send us your knife in its original packaging. If you no longer have it, please make sure that the knife is securely packed and non-slip.

Within the sharpening service, we not only sharpen the blade, but also take care of the clamp and handle so that you get a completely refurbished knife back.
When do I get my knife back?

The delivery time depends on the product and the chosen delivery country. For each article the time until delivery is indicated directly in the product display. If the ordered product should not be available against expectation in time, we inform you immediately. Errors are always reserved. If a product is immediately available, the dispatch takes place immediately. Delivery times outside the EU can take up to 10 working days depending upon country; on request we can communicate a more exact delivery time to you in individual cases.
Express deliveries are also possible on request; these incur additional costs, which we will inform you of in advance.
Depending on the place of delivery, we ship with UPS, DHL or, in particular, with shipments to countries outside the EU with various forwarding and transport companies.
