What do I have to do when I have paid?

After the successful ordering process, send us your knife including your order confirmation for the sharpening service:

How do I have to pack the knife?

If possible, send us your knife in the original packaging. If you no longer have it, please make sure that the knife is packed securely and non-slip.

When will I get my knife back?

You will usually get your knife back within a week.
