Chinese Camellia Oil

Pure Chinese camellia oil is recommended for conditioning the hand-made blades and wooden handles of Nesmuk cooking knives. This 100% botanic, edible and natural product is acid and water-free, non-resinous, non-volatile and very economical to use. It is ideal for preservation and only a thin film has to be applied to effectively protect the blade against corrosion.
