Sharpening Nesmuk knives

Even the best knives lose their edge over time. Through use, the cutting edge gets rounder and microscopical chunking appears - the knife gets dull. All Nesmuk knives are made from the best steel alloys resulting in an extreme sharpness. Common sharpening methods like sharpening steels or "knife sharpeners" are not suitable for unlocking the potential of these exclusive steels. For our knives, we developed the Nesmuk strop, fine tuned to enhance the advantages of our steel.
